Mini is made by one person. These terms are written to be read, not to be survived.

1. What this is
TaskBriefing ("Mini") is a personal reminder app made by Heorhii Shekunov, a sole developer ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
2. Your content is yours
The tasks and notes you create remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store and sync them, and to process text you deliberately submit to an AI feature.
3. Accounts
Keep your credentials safe — you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to consent to data processing where you live, which is 16 in most of the EU.
4. Free and paid
The free tier is a complete app and stays free. A paid tier with higher AI limits is planned; it is not live yet, and nothing you can do in Mini today will begin charging you.
When it launches: prices include VAT where required, you can cancel at any time, and a cancelled subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds within 14 days of a first purchase, no questions asked — that is your right under EU consumer law and we're not going to make you argue for it.
5. Fair use of AI
AI limits exist so that one person cannot exhaust the service for everybody else. Automated abuse, reselling AI access, or trying to work around quotas can lead to suspension.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the service for anything unlawful, don't try to reach other people's data, and don't reverse-engineer the hosted service. The app on your own machine is yours to run as you please.
7. Availability and warranty
Mini is provided "as is". This is a one-person product: we aim for reliability, and your data is local-first precisely so that an outage on our side doesn't lock you out of your own tasks — but we promise no particular uptime.
So far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. AI output
AI sorting can be wrong. Mini always lets you review and edit what it produces, and you are responsible for what you choose to rely on. Don't make it your only safeguard for anything critical — medication, for instance. It is a reminder app, not a medical device.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where that's practical.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Anything material is announced in the app 14 days beforehand, and continued use after that counts as acceptance.
11. Law and venue
Irish law applies. The mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in are unaffected by that.
